Mansion San Miguel Celebrates One-year Anniversary!

I can’t believe it has been one year since me and my partners opened Mansion San Miguel in historic San Miguel de Allende! Our beautiful boutique hotel welcomed its first guests last May (2015) as renovations began. Initial updates are almost complete, but those who know me well know that I am always thinking of the next step needed to elevate the guest experience.

It has been an amazing year and word of the Mansion is spreading. It is getting harder and harder to make a reservation. Maybe it’s time for yet another hotel…or at least an expansion? Hmmmm….what an enticing idea!

I am so grateful to Monika, Adrianna and Tommy. They are a great help at the Mansion, taking care of our guests, assisting in daily activities, and making sure everything at the hotel is in order. And other staff members from the Rancho continue to provide their expertise and assistance on a regular basis to make sure that Rancho guests who visit have a seamless transition from ranch to city. We couldn’t be successful without their hard work and dedication.

Many of our guests say their favorite spot at the Mansion is on the rooftop. The view of the city is spectacular, especially at sunset. Some enjoy sitting at the bar to have a leisurely drink. Others simply enjoy soaking up the sun while reading a book or chatting with friends. I can’t wait for you to visit and see it for yourself.

When making your reservations at the Rancho, make sure to add a night or two at the Mansion. Jenny can take care of all the details, and I’d love to welcome you to my second home.

UschiThank you to all of you who have made our first year fantastic. I can’t wait to tackle year number two!
