Enjoy the freedom to create your perfect experience on your desired date. Choose your number of nights and click on Details/Book. We recommend a minimum of 4 nights to get the most out of your stay. All packages include the same, but the longer you stay – the more you benefit.
Packages Include: All Meals, ‘Open Bar’ (national drinks), unlimited horseback riding, infinity pool & hot tub, some excursions & spa treatments in exchange for time in the saddle… Based on double occupancy. Traveling solo? Book early and get a free single-room upgrade.
At Rancho Las Cascadas, days follow the natural rhythm of the countryside. From the moment you arrive, things slow down. Mornings are quiet, the air is fresh, and the pace of everyday life is left behind.
Here there is no rush and no fixed agenda. Each day unfolds easily, shaped by the horses, the land, and how you choose to spend your time.
You might start your morning with yoga overlooking the valley with our natural waterfall. Later, you will then saddle up and head out on varied terrain. You will experience open fields, magical forest trails, and rolling hills. At the Rancho you will spend real time in the saddle.
Between rides there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself. Take a break by the natural waterfall, stretch out by our infinity pool with a book, or enjoy a quiet siesta. Meals are shared and unhurried, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and enjoyed together at the table what we call family style.
Evenings are simple and relaxed. As our horses settle in for the night, the sky fills with stars, and the day winds down with good food, easy conversation, a soak in the hot tub and of glass of wine. These are our perfect ends to the days at the Rancho.
There is no strict schedule here and nothing you are expected to do beyond enjoying yourself. Ride when you want (your choice of morning, afternoon or both), rest when you feel like slowing down, and take in the Rancho life at your own pace.
