Here there is no rush and no fixed agenda. Each day unfolds easily, shaped by the horses, the land, and how you choose to spend your time.
You might start your morning with yoga overlooking the valley with our natural waterfall. Later, you will then saddle up and head out on varied terrain. You will experience open fields, magical forest trails, and rolling hills. At the Rancho you will spend real time in the saddle.
Between rides there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself. Take a break by the natural waterfall, stretch out by our infinity pool with a book, or enjoy a quiet siesta. Meals are shared and unhurried, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and enjoyed together at the table what we call family style.
Evenings are simple and relaxed. As our horses settle in for the night, the sky fills with stars, and the day winds down with good food, easy conversation, a soak in the hot tub and of glass of wine. These are our perfect ends to the days at the Rancho.
There is no strict schedule here and nothing you are expected to do beyond enjoying yourself. Ride when you want (your choice of morning, afternoon or both), rest when you feel like slowing down, and take in the Rancho life at your own pace.
Rancho Las Cascadas is about living life with great horses, good food, open space, and time well spent outdoors.

Rancho Las Cascadas is owned by Uschki, and while the vision began with her, the ranch lives and breathes through her and the people who care for it every day.
From early mornings to quiet evenings, the rhythm of the ranch is carried by a close-knit team of wranglers, caretakers, cooks, gardeners, and guest experience managers. Many of them are local and have been part of Rancho Las Cascadas for years. They know the land inside and out, they understand the horses deeply, and take pride in doing things the Mexican way.
Before guests sit down for breakfast or head out for a ride, horses have been checked, tack prepared, gardens tended, and kitchens set in motion. This is not a place run by schedules, but by experience, responsibility, and mutual respect.
Our wranglers ride with confidence and care. Our kitchen staff cooks the way you would for family, using fresh, local ingredients and of course from the heart. Rooms are prepared with attention to detail, not automation. Everything you experience here reflects the hands and hearts of the people behind it. This is true Mexican hospitality.
Uschki remains closely involved in the everyday life of the ranch, working alongside the team and ensuring that the values she built for the Rancho carries on. Here at the Rancho we respect the land, care for the horses, and genuine Mexican hospitality will always continue to guide everything we do.
Guests do not just pass through the Rancho. They are welcomed into it. And often that is what they remember most is not just the riding or the scenery, but the people who made them feel at home.
