At the Rancho everything we do is shaped but a simple Mexican saying, ¨Mi Casa es Tu Casa¨ – My home is your home.

For us this is not a slogan or a marketing phrase. It is the foundation the Rancho was built on and they way it continues to be run every single day. From the moment you arrive, you are not treated like a customer moving through an itinerary or someone being managed on a schedule. You are welcomed as someone who belongs here for a while.

This philosophy shows up in small ways everyday. Meals are shared together rather than rushed. Coffee turns into conversations that stretch longer then planned. There is no pressure to be anywhere at a specific moment unless you are going for a ride! Days unfold naturally and is guided by the rhythm of the Rancho, the horses and the people who have come together.

Our way of hosting guests creates a different kind of experience. When guests feel at home, they settle in more quickly. Riders relax in the saddle. People here at the Rancho sleep better, laugh more and most important stop watching the clock. Instead of trying to ¨fit everything in¨ we create a space where you choose what feels right that day. For example a longer morning ride (up to 3hrs), a quiet afternoon, time by the pool or simply doing nothing at all.

Mi casa es tu casa also means openness and trust. Doors are open, not just literally but emotionally too. Questions are welcomed. Preferences are remembered. Everyone is treated like an individual and not a booking number. It is about respect…for the guests, for the horses and for the land itself.
