We are delighted to welcome you to Rancho Las Cascadas. Please review the following Terms & Conditions before confirming your reservation.
By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
Arrival, Departure & Guest Services
Guests may arrive and depart any day of the week.
We offer private airport transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from both Mexico City International Airport (MEX) and Querétaro International Airport (QRO).
Airport transfers are not included in standard packages and are available at an additional cost of:
$125 USD per sedan, per way cash rate or 150 USD per sedan per way plus taxes (16%) with credit card.
Transportation must be arranged in advance.
Our packages operate on a 24-hour stay basis, meaning your stay begins at your time of arrival and concludes at the same time on your departure day.
Our Guest Service Representatives are available for check-in assistance daily from 8:00AM – 7:00PM.
If you arrive outside of these hours, you will be welcomed by our evening staff and escorted directly to your room to settle in and relax. Our Guest Services team will personally greet you the following morning to complete your formal check-in and review your stay details, riding schedule, and activities.
Minimum Stay
During peak periods and select holidays, a 5-night minimum stay may apply.
Inclusions
All standard ranch packages include:
- Accommodation
- All meals and beverages (including alcohol)
- Daily guided horseback riding experiences
- Use of ranch facilities and amenities
- Time in the saddle for a massage or cultural excursions
Exclusions
The following are not included otherwise specified:
- Airport transportation ($125 USD per sedan per way cash rate)
- Gratuities (10% -15%)
- Travel insurance
- Spa services
- Optional excursions
- Personal incidentals
Payment Terms
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All rates are billed in USD.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our limited accommodations and the personalized nature of our experiences:
- The 30% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival result in forfeiture of all payments made.
- No refunds or credits are issued for early departures or unused portions of a stay.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance just in case.
General Terms
- All riding activities are subject to weather and safety conditions.
- A signed Liability Waiver is required prior to participation in horseback riding.
- Guests must follow all ranch safety guidelines.
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service without refund.
- Drone use is not permitted
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
- Valid passports and entry requirements
- Travel arrangements to and from Mexico
- Travel and medical insurance coverage
- Appropriate riding attire and footwear
Medical Needs
In the event that a guest requires medical attention outside of the ranch, transportation to and from a hospital in Mexico City can be arranged at a cost of:
$125 USD per sedan, per way (250 USD round trip)
If a ranch representative accompanies the guest to the hospital, an additional charge of:
$25 USD per hour will apply for the duration of time spent assisting at the medical facility.
Additional related expenses may be charged as necessary depending on the situation.
Guests are responsible for all medical costs incurred. During their stay. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance just incase.
If a guest becomes ill during their stay at the ranch, we fully understand and will do our best to ensure comfort and assistance. However, we are unable to extend stays, provide complimentary additional time, substitute unused activities, or offer free excursions, massages, or other services due to illness.
Waiver Requirement
All guests are required to sign a Recreational Activity Release and Indemnity Agreement prior to participating in ranch activities.
Due to the inherent risks of horseback riding and outdoor activities, the waiver must be signed upon arrival.
Guest Conduct & Safety
All activities are weather and safety dependent.
Guests must follow ranch guidelines at all times. Rancho Las Cascadas reserves the right to refuse participation or service due to unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Drone use and outside pets are not permitted.
Force Majeure
Rancho Las Cascadas is not responsible for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, weather, travel interruptions, or government restrictions. Refunds are not guaranteed in such circumstances.
