Four Ways to Recover and Reset!

After long rides, time out doors, and full days on the Ranch, massages is one of the simplest ways to take care of your body. At Rancho Las Cascadas we offer four different massage styles each with its own purpose, whether you are looking to unwind, workout soreness or support recovery after riding.
We also understand that some days, your body may ask for rest instead of more time in the saddle. If you would like to switch time in the saddle, you are welcome to book a Swedish massage at no extra cost. This is an easy and flexible option for guests that want a lighter day while still making the most of their stay at the Rancho.
Swedish Massage
This is our most gentle and relaxing option. Swedish massages uses long, flowing strokes to help ease general tension, improve circulation and calm the nervous system. It is a great choice if you are feeling tired from travel, easing back into horseback riding or simply wanting a full-body reset.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is designed for horseback riders and active bodies looking to have a massage that focuses on specific areas of tension like hips, lower back, shoulders and legs are common trouble spots after time in the saddle. This style uses slower and more targeted pressure to release tight muscles and lingering soreness.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massages combines traditional massage techniques with warmed stones placed in key areas of the body. The heat helps muscles relax more deeply, allowing tension to release without excessive pressure. It is especially popular after long rides or cooler mornings on the ranch.
Ventosa (Cupping)
Ventosa, or cupping, is a traditional technique that uses suction cups to stimulate blood flow and release muscle tightness. This treatment is often used for stubborn areas of tension and is a favorite among guests familiar with sports recovery or traditional therapies.
Each massage is tailored to our guests and there is no one-size-fits-all approach here. Whether you are horseback riding, or easing back into the saddle after time away, or choosing a slower day, these treatments are meant to support the kind of active, outdoor life that defines Rancho Las Cascadas.
